Old upper & lower sections can not be interchanged with new. Connection in sectional has been modified from n to bma. This facilitates more connectors for multi element sectionals & improves mating cycles to greater then 1000. The connective juction has been reversed between old & new sectional sections. This provides a water shedding effect that negates the need for the original latex boot.
