Shall be a handheld device capable of receiving; displaying and storing corrected fuel level inventories for collapsible tanks, shall communicate with scada software via download port; cradle; rs232; rs485 or lan connection, shall be capable of retrieving, displaying and storing from up to 100 measurement devices; the only maintenance necessary shall be recharge / replacement of batteries in one hour or less
