Operates 543h and 544h travelling wave tubes at 6-month intervals to prevent the twt from becoming gassy which increases their shelf life; consists of two slide mounted drawers, the top is where the tube is mounted, the bottom contains electronics for driving the tubes; used with multimeter, oscilloscope, pulse generator, signal generator, power meter, thermistor mount, and capacitive voltage divider
