The gnp-10 (trademark tm) gps receiver data interface operates at a baud rate (76800 baud) that is not suooorted by standard personal computer serial interface. During system testing of the p4be ais access to the data port is required in order to determine correct operation of the cnp-10 tm. The gnp-10 tm is provided with a software package (bbgnp) that provide data message selection and formatting capability. Operation of this program requires the use of the gnp high-speed data interface adapter; this adapter is part of the testing upgrade (aau) of the alaskan air combat training system (acts), see serd 007-45-a013-1
