Functional Description
To use remove the protective cover, press the on button and inset at least 1/2 inch of the stem into the testing area; by pushing the on/dh (data hold) button a second time the temperature reading will automatically be held on the lcd display; degrees f will blink when dh is in operation; pressing the on/dh button a third time will return the thermometer to normal operation
